Masterplat Plus PGS is a turntable wrapping machine for wrapping products with stretch film in vertical. The operator can access from every side and load the machine with hand pallet truck via the suitable ramp or using a forklift truck.

Masterplat Plus PGS includes a thin turntable, only 30 mm thick, which allows to avoid frequent accidental bumps with the fork of the forklift truck and an easy loading. It is also suitable to save space thanks to the reduced dimensions of the new ramps and the quality of the new patented disc rolling system gives the machine a great reliability.

Thanks to the experience gained over time, Robopac presents a new range of self-propelled packaging machines, Robot S7.

The machine is provided with a high level of packaging autonomy and great work flexibility and built to wrap and stabilise palletised loads of any shape, size and weight, using stretch film.

Thanks to the innovative system for facilitated film insertion (ILS) through the opening of the carriage and to the Power Drive technology with brushless motorization, it is possible to control the film with extreme precision, guaranteeing perfect pre-stretching and the lowest consumption of film and energy in view of environmental sustainability.
